FixBridge SMS Consent

FixBridge Service Notifications is a customer-initiated transactional SMS program operated by FixBridge. The program coordinates mobile automotive service requests in the Detroit Metro area. Messages are sent from (844) 484-6088.

Program Description

This is a conversational, customer-initiated program: FixBridge only texts you about a service request that you started. This program does not include marketing, advertising, or promotional text messages.

How You Opt In

FixBridge uses a customer-initiated SMS program. You opt in in one of two ways: by sending the first text message to FixBridge at +1 (844) 484-6088 requesting service, or by submitting the quote request form on fixbridge.solutions and checking the SMS consent box. In both cases, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages necessary to process and fulfill the service request you initiated.

1. Customer-initiated text message

You send a text message to +1 (844) 484-6088 requesting mobile mechanic service (for example, by tapping a "Text FixBridge" button on fixbridge.solutions, which opens your own messaging app). By sending that first message, you consent to receive reply messages needed to fulfill your request.

2. Website quote request form

You submit the "Request Service" form on fixbridge.solutions and check the clearly labeled, unchecked-by-default SMS consent box agreeing to receive text messages about your service request at the phone number you provided. The form cannot be submitted without checking the box, and we record the consent language shown, its version, and the timestamp of your submission. FixBridge does not text any number that has not opted in through one of these two methods.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Messaging is how FixBridge coordinates service, but you may stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can contact us through our Support page instead.

What Messages You Will Receive

By opting in, you consent to receive the following types of transactional messages, all of which relate directly to a service request you initiated:

Confirmation that your repair request was received
Questions needed to complete your request (vehicle details, location, timing)
One complete FixBridge-selected price based on available provider responses, approved labor, required parts, applicable FixBridge fees, and taxes when applicable.
Secure payment links (processed by Stripe)
Booking confirmations and appointment scheduling
Mechanic dispatch and arrival notifications
Service status updates while work is in progress
Completion confirmation and receipt

Message frequency: Varies by request. A typical service request generates 5–10 messages from start to completion. We do not send recurring or scheduled messages.

Cost: FixBridge does not charge for SMS. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

Privacy & Data Sharing

FixBridge uses your phone number solely to deliver the automotive services you request and the service-related communications described above.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
